Position requirements and responsibilities:
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or materials management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts: procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with supply chain analytics and KPI monitoring Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, finance).
- Experience in managing vendor/supplier relationships, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions to address supply chain challenges (e.g., shortages, lead time issues).
- Strong customer-centric mindset, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
