Your Experience as the Property Manager:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Class A property.
- Polished and professional appearance with the ability to represent the company positively during interactions with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proven sales and negotiation experience, particularly in lease agreements.
- Marketing experience to promote and lease the property through digital and community-based strategies.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI Software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and rent collections.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime when needed to meet leasing goals or handle emergencies.

- Pay starts at $65,000 annually, based on experience.
