SNI Companies has partnered with a national financial services organization and are looking for hard working and outgoing candidates who who work well in team environments and who can handle high volume calls and are technically savvy.

Combine your Administrative support skills with the ability to handle a volume of inbound calls, multi-tasking ability and technical skills in this fast-paced fulltime role with growth potential, benefits and incentives.

In this role you will be handling inbound calls regarding reverse mortgages with the senior citizen population.

Hours:

Training--- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 2-3 weeks

After training: 40 hour schedule within operations hours 7am to 6pm-- NO WEEKENDS

Skills needed:

2-3 years high volume inbound call experience

Ability to multitask and attention to detail

Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel and Outlook

Technically savvy to pick up on new software and interoffice chat forums
