Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven attorney with at least 3 years of employment defense litigation experience. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload and represent clients throughout every phase of litigation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional, ready to handle complex cases and prepared to grow into a potential partnership role within our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all phases of employment defense cases
- Conduct thorough legal research, case strategy development, and client consultations
- Prepare and review discovery documents, motions, and case filings
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of paralegals, associates, and legal staff
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in California
- 3+ years of litigation experience, particularly in employment defense
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Passion for advocating for clients and achieving justice
