Order Processing & Fulfillment Associate

Performance Expectations:

The Order Processing & Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for the US market. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain operations, including order processing, bill of lading management, and order completion.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key competencies:

• Order Accuracy and Timeliness: Consistently process and fulfill customer orders accurately and within specified timeframes, minimizing errors and delays.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of supply chain operations, including order processing, bill of lading management, and order completion.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve order and shipment-related issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the manager as needed.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including warehouse teams, logistic partners, and retail partners, to ensure smooth operations.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring that shipping documents and routing requirements are precise.
• Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Experience working on accounts for big box retailers such as Walmart, Macy’s, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, etc

Compensation range $60,000 - $65,000 + comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, 401K w/ co match
