We are growing our team and looking to onboard (2) Business Analysts , one Entry/Junior level and another at a Senior level. As a Business Analyst , you will be responsible for running and producing daily reports for business leaders, analyzing data pulls, collaborating with our software developers, and sharing information across different teams. In this role you will be interacting with business leaders and acting as the liaison between clients and software developers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily work allocation.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between technical business to non-technical audiences to convey information between departments
• Liaison between SAP B1 IT partner and IT
• Responsible for product assignments, product pricing, product profitability and ad hoc analysis
• Collaborate with data analysts and software developers for the purpose of producing effective daily departmental reports and recommending improvements
• Analyze and manipulate data as needed to build tables and reportable figures for business review
• Examine current and past trends in all areas of revenue, including the cost of sales and expenses
• Analyze business operations, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenue
• Validate information from various sources to input into databases
• Ensure successful implementation of company wide cell phone and laptop usage
• Review sales contracts to identify components that impact billing and revenue recognition

Business Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or computer engineering strongly preferred or a minimum of 2 (two) years’ experience as a Business Analyst to be considered for senior level position
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP and SQL or another programming language (C++, etc.)
• Experience with Crystal Reporting preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Power BI preferred
• Ability to quickly become proficient in navigating software systems
• Energetic, self-starter able to work with limited direction
• High attention to detail
