About Us:

Martinez Law, P.A. is a boutique law firm known for its fast-paced environment and commitment to excellence in real estate litigation. We specialize in real estate disputes, including breach of contract disputes, Johnson v. Davis disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, quiet title actions, partition actions, fraud cases, and more. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented litigation attorney with at least 10 years of experience in real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing litigation cases from initial filing through trial, demonstrating the ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. A book of business is a plus, but not required. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.

Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate law.

Strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
