The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top client in the Industrial space looking to identify a top Director of Operations / Business Unit General Manager to run a fast growing segment in the Texas / Gulf Region.

We need a strategic Operations Leader with the ability to lead a team across a network of sites, in addition to expanding their current flagship location.

We need someone passionate about people, process, and performance. This is a hands-on "Lead from the Front" position. Building capability across the organization to propel them forward in their growth journey!

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree Preferred)
• Experience in Manufacturing + Industrial
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing & OPEX Environments
• Passion for drive People & Process Excellence
