We are seeking an experienced and creative In-House Photographer to capture high-quality, visually engaging images that showcase our products in the best light. You’ll be expected to lead photoshoots, conceptualize creative ideas, and execute photography that aligns with our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture eCommerce product shots, themed and lifestyle shots, lead photoshoots, event photography and fulfill any additional photography needs across departments.
• Work with Marketing and eCommerce teams to align visual content with overall brand and campaign goals.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative photo concepts based on product briefs and creative direction. You should be able to bring your own ideas to the table while also building on concepts provided by the team.
• Provide art direction on styling, lighting, and composition, ensuring that the final images reflect the creative vision for each shoot.
• Take charge of planning, executing, and leading photoshoots, whether on location or in-studio.
• Edit photos in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and other relevant editing software to meet high visual standards, and deliver final assets in a timely manner for various marketing channels.
• Manage Image Relay for content with correct Metadata
• Collaborate in image selection for catalogs, campaigns, and social media posts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and / or proven experience as a professional photographer, ideally with a focus on product, lifestyle, or commercial photography.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, photography equipment, and photography principles.
• Strong creative presence, attention to detail, and artistic flair.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Ability to stand and move around for long periods at a time.
• Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job.
