$60,000 - $65,000/annually

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and organized storage, inventory management, and distribution processes. You will mentor a dedicated team, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to meet both operational goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking, timely restocking, and efficient organization of products to meet demand and prevent shortages or excess.
- Oversee and assist with receiving and accurately processing customer orders by confirming order details, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with relevant departments for timely fulfillment. Provide updates to account managers regarding order status and delivery timelines, and address any issues or changes as needed.
- Coordinate and manage staff scheduling by ensuring appropriate coverage for shifts, considering employee availability, workload demands, and business needs.
- Use tracking systems to monitor the status of shipments.
- Implement regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff, customer service, and other departments like sales or procurement.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading.
- Provide staff with training on handling hazardous materials if applicable.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish (English/Spanish)
- 2+ years of working within a warehouse environment
- Experience managing a team in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of receiving and dock operations
- Familiarity with the shipping process and order fulfillment
- Forklift certified with safety experience
- Proficient with computers and warehouse management software
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
