Responsibilities: As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for: 1. Meeting with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and goals. 2. Drafting and reviewing a variety of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. 3. Providing expert legal advice on a range of estate planning matters, including tax planning, asset protection, and charitable giving. 4. Job Details The ideal candidate for the Estate Planning Attorney position will possess the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 2.
