• Coverage Need: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off Monday 7a to Monday 7a- includes weekends. Ongoing need.
• Hours: 7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p-7a
• Type of cases required: ENDO, OB/GYN, PEDs, URO, ENT, Ophthalmology, ORTHO
• Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (case logs required)
• Number of providers during the day - 1 MD / 3 CRNAs
• Number of OR's - 5
