Client seeking Physician for family practice contract in Birmingham, AL from December 9 - March 3. Hours are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, 7:00am - 3:00pm; Wednesday, 9:00am - 5:00pm; Friday, 7:00am - 2:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, wellness visits, and physicals. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
