- Providers Needed: 2
- Assignment: Serve as an interim primary care physician
- Full time in clinic 8a-5p
- Setting: 100% outpatient. Location would be helping to support a large Family Medicine practice of 11 physicians and 9 APPs
- FTE: -1.0 FTE
- Duties: Serving as an interim PCP to Family Medicine patients, providing care for acute visits as well as chronic care management
- Must be able to see adults
- Routine FM clinical procedures (based on physician's skill set)
- Must work well in team environment
- EMR: Cerner
- Patients per Day: 16-20
- Additional Support: 1 assigned MA to room patients - LVN and RN staffing is available to support the department as well
- Reason for Coverage: Assist with staffing while we recruit replacement
- Board Certified - Required (Will take BC in Internal Medicine)
- Active CA License - Required
