Locums - Willow Creek, California, Primary Care OpeningClinical Role:

    • 12/16/2024 - Ongoing
    • Candidate CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for
    • Chart closure within 72 hours
    • Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
    • Monday-Friday 8-5
    • Mix of peds/adults
    • A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
    • APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting
    • PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
    • NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II
    • HCO & Vendor agree to a 30 day notice for ending all assignments
    • No Call
    • EMR: Epic
    • Patients Per Shift: 18
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active CA License - Required
    • BLS, DEA - Required
