o Clinic, Call, or Both:
o Schedule:
- Full-time Locum January-June 2025
- One day of Orientation
- Week Day Clinic: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Week Night Call: Monday - Thursday 5 pm - 8 am
o Clinic Volume:
- Approximately 15 visits/day
o Clinic/Inpatient Rounding:
- 1 week of inpatient rounding per month
- Rotatiing weekly call: Midland consultation rounding
- Rotation between providers in clinic
o Cases/Procedures:
- No surgeries or procedures required
o Clinical support:
o EMR and Dictation Tools:
o Required experience, training, and certifications:
o Case Logs:
- 24 patients with illnesses related to the practice of Hematology within 12 months
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
o Credentialing Timeframe:
- Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to the start date
o Travel & Accommodations:
- Approved by client and coordinated by Curative
