Looking for a cardiologist to cover our cardiology clinic in Columbus, Nebraska beginning June, ongoing.

SCHEDULE :

• 2 weeks per month (Monday - Friday). Clinic Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30 pm
• Does not necessarily have to be back to back weeks.
• No weekend coverage needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• This is a very busy clinic with average of 125 patients per week.
• This provider will not be responsible for procedures as the focus will be supporting the clinic.
• 20 minute appointments slots for existing patients.
• Locum will see 3 patients an hour; 20-25 patients per day.

• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Duties:
• Seeing patients in our cardiology clinic. Available for any consults at the hospital adjacent to our clinic. Consult volumes are very low
• FTE: Part time
• Required Procedures: None
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Clinical staff and supervisor
• Reason for Coverage: Loss of a provider
• Deal breakers: Must be able to read Echos

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• NE License or IMLC (LOQ must be uploaded) - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
• Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
