JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Setting: Clinic & Hospita l
• Duties: Manage Clinic patients, take hospital/ER call, interpret EKG's/Zio patches/Stress tests
• FTE: 1.0
• Required Procedures: Cardioversions, Stress tests, Pacemaker interrogations, deactivating/reactivating pacemakers for MRI
• EMR: Allscripts, Meditech
• Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, CNA
• Reason for Coverage: Provider Resignation
• Admissions per day, Patients/day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc.
• 5-8 procedures/week (echos stress tests etc).
• 5 hospital consults per week.
• 10-20 clinic patients per day

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• Active ND License - REQUIRED
• Residency/Fellowship in Cardiology - REQUIRED
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, NRP, ACLS, BLS, and DEA - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
• Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
