Emergency Medicine (EM, FP, IM)

Contract Duration: July Ongoing
EMR: MediTech

Shifts Available:
• July 23: 6 PM start
• July 26-27: 6 AM start
• August 9-27: Full coverage (both day and night shifts)
• September - Ongoing: Wide range of shifts available

Hours: 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM & 6 PM - 6 AM), no 24-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
• Provide single coverage in a 12-bed Emergency Department
• Support a patient volume of 24,000 annually
• Respond to house codes as part of the ED staff
• Collaborate with APPs who manage the fast track system

Qualifications:
• Must have completed at least 1000 hours in an ER setting within the past two years (case logs required)
• Must possess a current Texas medical license and DEA certification

Support and Backup:
• Advanced Practice Provider backup available
• Specialty backup includes: OB/GYN, Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Cardiology, Pediatrics, NICU
• Surgical Services: CT, Ortho, Vascular, Neuro
