We are hiring Urology Physician for an ongoing locum assignment in Colorado!
Job details:
- Start: 12/16/2024
- Schedule: 1 weeks per month ongoing
- Shift: Monday-Friday - 8a-4p (onsite)
- Weekend: 24 hour call (7a-7a)
- On Call: Night call (4p-7a) & 24 hour (7a-7a)
- Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
- FTE: .5
- Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
- OR time for various procedures
- Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
- EMR: EPIC
- EMR Required Training:
-Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training
-EMR Onsite training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Onsite EMR training will be schedule the morning of providers first day.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified
- CO State License
- BLS
- DEA
- Clean Malpractice (willing to accept 1 case up to $300k)
What the Client has to offer:
- Regular hourly rate: $285 for W2 and $315 for 1099
- 24hr call rate: $2,500 for W2 and $2,800 for 1099
- Night call rate: $605 for W2 and $705 for 1099
- Callback rate: $270 for W2 and $315 for 1099
- Client reimburses for all travel expenses: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage at IRS Standard Rate
- Licensure reimbursement
- Certification reimbursement
- Full benefits Health, Dental, Vision and 401K for W2 employees only
- Referral bonuses of $3,000
