Requirements:
- Implement and manage the project audit schedule for all systems, products, and processes at the jobsite.
- Support the EPC team in creating and reviewing quality documentation, work processes, and quality records management.
- Assist the Project Management team in developing a jobsite orientation program to familiarize the project team and subcontractors with quality requirements.
- Prepare and distribute audit reports identifying non-conformances and verify corrective/preventive actions.
- Provide audit assessments to Project Management and EPC Management, evaluating the need for further corrective or preventive actions.
- Assess subcontractors' capabilities to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Oversee all inspection and testing activities as outlined in the contract.
- Ensure compliance with contract obligations regarding testing and record-keeping.
- Manage calibrated measuring and testing equipment, maintaining current calibration records.
- Ensure the complete turnover of quality control documentation on schedule, maintaining organized records.
- Maintain project quality records throughout the construction phase, including audit plans and performance management.
- Establish and manage a document control system for construction drawings, specifications, test reports, vendor data, and as-built drawings.
- Evaluate subcontractor facilities, if applicable, to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Conduct periodic quality training for site supervisory staff.
- Carry out additional duties as required by the EHSQ Department and day-to-day operations.
- Work within precise standards of accuracy and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ensure timely document turnover per contractual obligations.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in designing and implementing programs for managing quality operational risks.
- 5 years of experience in preparing Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Inspection Checklists, and Work Instructions/Method Statements.
- 5 years of experience in identifying quality training needs, designing training programs, and delivering training.
- Experience in quality auditing and on-site quality management.
- Knowledge of Building Codes, National Electrical Code, and ASTM Standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or a diploma with equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience as both a subcontractor and a self-performing contractor preferred.
- Background in quality, energy, and construction preferred.
- Strong collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred knowledge of PV solar plant structural, electrical, mechanical, and Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) equipment.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet, E-Builder, Procore, or similar tools preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, metrics dashboards, or data visualization preferred.
