About the Client :
Our client is a Level 2 Trauma center and the 8th busiest Emergency Department in HCA. They are a 48-bed ER with approximately 90 full-time employees when fully staffed. This healthcare facility is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and is looking for an experienced Emergency Services Manager to lead their night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to clinical excellence, staff development, and patient satisfaction. Job Description :
The Emergency Services Manager oversees the daily operations and staffing of the Emergency Department during the night shift. This role involves ensuring adherence to standards of care, managing resources, and promoting a positive patient experience. The Manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, implement evidence-based practices, and maintain a culture of accountability and transparency.
Required Skills :

• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department experience in a managerial role within an acute care setting.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with Texas state licensure or licensure from a state within the Nursing Compact.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.

Preferred Skills :

• Certification in area of specialty.
• Experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies.
