A career as a Business Owner of the Debt management process within the Chief Architect Office means being responsible for the end-to-end process to optimize our debt management posture. The mandate aims to ensure a uniform understanding, influence stakeholder, clarify roles, provide quality data, integrate the process into the execution cycle and offer tools. As a business owner, you ensure the operationalization of the process and make it grow in order to create value and contribute to a more sustainable management of our recurring costs, our remediation costs and our risks. Your popularization skills allow you to bring complex concepts to a concrete and simple use for the user.
Your job
- Develop and continuously evolve the vision of the debt management process and the roadmap, in collaboration with the practice leaders (architecture, risk, PO, delivery, etc.)
- Develop priorities based on global issues and organizational risks.
- Actively participate/collaborate in decisions related to debt risk representation
- Managing stakeholder expectations and buy-in
- Solicit the engagement of managers and stakeholders impacted by the debt management process
- Identify, document, socialize, mitigate, escalate risks and issues as necessary
- Scope and sequence delivery into value increments (at the Initiatives & Feature level)
- Ensure the cross-functional use of the process (convergence)
Your team
In the Office of the Chief Architect, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues and report to the Chief Architect. Our team is responsible for the vision, strategy and ecosystem supporting the architecture. Our team stands out for the cross-functional nature of its mandate. Prerequisite
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and five years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience as a product owner
- Experience in business analysis and/or process review as well as project management
- Skills with data analytics and business architecture, lead product, process, Debt management (Architecture)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity and innovation
- Demonstrate a strong sense of organization and priority management
- Influential leadership and excellent team spirit
