Method is taking a completely fresh approach to our content strategy and we need someone to lead that charge. With 3000+ customers and our growth soaring, we're looking for a critical member of the team to partner with me, the Director of Growth Marketing, to lead this team with enthusiasm and pace.
Ready to shake things up? Here's what's in store for you...
Run our entire content marketing division managing a team of 2 and a roster of freelancers, leading from a strategic standpoint with a balance between volume and quality.
Build and execute a top and middle of funnel strategy across webinars, podcasts, social, SEO, blogs, infographics, newsletters, and more.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Work across our Product and Sales teams to understand the impact of your work not just from a numbers perspective but also a quality perspective. Be willing to work with these teams to evolve your strategy to acquire leads that are more likely to close.
Transform Method’s online brand presence with an engaging social media strategy to engage the target audience and generate traffic to our site.
Manage webinars with guest hosts and guest podcast appearances.
We are looking for someone with the below qualifications:
5-7 years experience in content marketing , preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
Creative Strategist: A digitally savvy content expert with a proven ability to craft engaging narratives and content strategies across various channels.
Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics to optimize content performance and drive measurable results.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence in content production and strategy.
SEO Expertise: Experience implementing SEO strategies to increase online visibility and improve search rankings.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes in content marketing, including increased traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Hybrid Policy
We are currently on a flexible hybrid schedule where employees work in the office 2-3 days per week.
In your first 30 days you will:
Complete Method’s bootcamp.
Understand Method’s values and how our teams collaborate to drive results.
Learn and become an expert in our internal communication tools, norms, and practices.
Set up 1:1s and weekly team meetings with your team members.
Content Audit: Assessment of our current content strategies and performance.
In your first 60 days you will:
Highlight opportunities and provide recommendations to improve our content strategy, starting to execute on them.
Establish what “good” looks like for each content type with your team.
In your first 90 days you will:
Execute your recommendations and share a full content strategy for how we are going to grow in 2025.
Participate in your first quarterly review.
