Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations. 6. Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 7. Preparing and presenting project progress reports to stakeholders. 8. Resolving any on-site issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process. 9. Coordinating tenant improvements and renovations as required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial healthcare construction, specifically with ground-up construction, tenant improvements (TI), and renovations. 2. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. 3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. 4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 6.
