Schedule:

• Part-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• 1-2 weeks per month
• Weeknight call required (Q5)

Practice Setting:

• Varied clinic and inpatient responsibilities
• Located at Carle Foundation Hospital
• Collaborative work environment

Procedures and Cases:

• General urology cases
• Inpatient and outpatient care

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Illinois license or IMLC LOQ certification
• BLS certification required

Credentialing Requirements:

• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates preferred
• Minimum of two professional references required

Travel Accommodations:

• Mileage and lodging covered for local candidates
• Flight coverage for candidates outside driving distance
