Job Description
  • Coverage Needed:
    • November 3, 2024 - ongoing
    • Clinic: 8am - 4:30pm, no evenings, no weekends
    • Call: 24-hour call once week plus Weekend call - every 6th weekend (Friday 7am-Sunday 10 pm)
    • Clinic and hospital location
  • Clinical Information:
    • Inpatient: Coverage of L&D, Surgical cases
    • Outpatient: Mix of OB, Annuals, GYN problems, procedures
    • Supporting staff: Triage nurse, 1 MA
    • Schedule: Mix inpatient and outpatient
    • Volume: approx 24 patients (clinic)
      • Facility utilizes 20-minute appointment slots for all appt types. Can assume full schedule immediately
  • Required:
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
    • Must be board certified or board eligible
    • Procedures required: IUD, Nexplanon, Colposcopy, Endo biopsy
    • Active PA License
