Our client, in Henderson, KYis seeking a production operator in their Reactor plant to join their team. As a production operator, you will be part of the production supporting operations, safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have prior work history in manufacturing, able to lift 55 lbs and able to work 12 hours shifts which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Reactor Production Operator Location: Henderson, KYPay Range: $18.00/HR+ BOEWhat's the Job? Prepare batches of product according to established formulas and procedures. Weigh and measure ingredients accurately. Operate and maintain equipment used in the compounding process. Conduct quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. What's Needed? Previous 2 years experience in a plastics manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) Experience with materials handling, warehouse operations, or forklift operations. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as batch records and standard operating procedures. Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to compounding, such as mixers, scales, and pumps.
