CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (SHIPPING/RECEIVING SUPPORT)Responsibilities :Act as customer service lead, ensuring consistent communication with distributors and global customer base.Own communication of shipping timelines, documentation packages, and updates to key sales contacts.Own warranty tracking information, ensure returned product is properly assigned costs based off warranty status.Assist in receiving and shipping transactions in Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system.Assist in receipt and verification of materials and supplies for both inventory and expense items.Assist in delivery of material to incoming inspection, material stockroom, or requisitioner as required.Fulfillment and validation of sales orders, ensuring they match customer purchase orders.Assist in picking, packing, and preparation of all required documentation.Perform miscellaneous shipments, returns to suppliers, etc.Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly shipping and receiving area, including quarantine of incoming material.Perform inventory control tasks, such as weekly cycle counting, and material tracking.Maintain shipping/receiving records and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.Assist with supplier communications, purchasing data, and material classification.Responsible for decontaminating equipment and receiving RMAs.Preparation and fulfillment of RMA shipments. Responsible for implementation of RMA replacement kit process.Cross-train on buying/planning activities and purchase order generation to support the team as needed.Following quality management system procedures and staying up-to-date on trainings.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Complete assigned tasks in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner.Requirements :High School diploma minimum, Associates degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects of shipping and receiving, including internationalMinimum of 2 years experience in a life sciences manufacturing environmentMinimum of 2 years experience with Enterprise Requirements Planning/Material Requirements Planning (ERP/MRP)Minimum of 2 years experience with a customer service role.Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager software, as well as working with freight forwarders and trucking (LTL) companiesHigh attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive attitude with focus on customer service.Microsoft Office experienceAble to multi-task in a disruption driven environment while maintaining focus on prioritiesAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materialsExperience operating pallet jacks and electric lift trucksPI6e7d5e69d5ce-26289-36046134
