Examine raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified criteria. • Perform visual inspections, measurements and various tests to identify defects or deviations from standards. • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conforming products. • Report defects to relevant personnel. • Communicate with production, engineering and management to provide feedback on quality issues and collaborate on solutions. • Train production workers on quality standards and inspection techniques. • Conduct final inspection to ensure products meet all quality standards. • Cross train in production to fill in gaps What do you bring?Positive, can-do attitude Attention to detail Verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of basic math and computer skills• Highschool diploma or equivalent J-Standard certified preferred 1 year of quality inspector experience in a manufacturing environment minimum Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, drop gauges, and measuring microscope Experience with GD&T a plus Able to read drawings/specifications and be able to interpret requirements Why should you choose Manpower?
