Join us for a Cardiothoracic Surgery assignment in Florence, South Carolina, at a facility with a Level 1 trauma center. You will have access to a strong support staff in an environment that provides quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Practice Details:
- Mix of inpatient & outpatient settings in a Level 1 trauma center
- Support staff includes multiple APPs, nurses, MAs, and hospital/office staff
- EPIC is used for charting
Schedule:
- Frequency of 7-10 days per month starting in July
- Monday - Friday with night/weekend call during the contracted period
- Swift credentialing timeframe of 30-45 days
Cases and Procedures:
- The patient population consists of adults only
- Cases are focused on:
- Procedures required:
- Expertise in cardiac surgery is mandatory
- Experience with TAVR, lung surgery, and robotics a plus
Requirements:
- Board-certified Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery
- Valid South Carolina medical license
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications required
