Shift type: weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm and Monday - Sunday call available
Active Florida license
Board Certified required
40% DX and 60% Procedures
Procedures: vary, but bread-and-butter exams are prevalent as well as vascular exams
30-60 days for credentialing
