Hospital is looking for a Full-time ENT that is interested in Locum to Perm or Perm. (Facility is not accepting Locums only at this time)

Inpatient
Telehealth
No. of Physicians: 5
Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
No. of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3
Lab
Pharmacy
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more Patients
Electronic Medical Record: Allscripts and Cerner
ENT candidate will need to be able to do Surgery.
1 weekend per month and 4 weekdays per month call.

Board Certified or Board Eligible
IA License or IMLC
