Process provider applications:

• Request additional information by phone or in writing as needed.
• Research and verify information to complete the enrollment application.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Review supporting documents to assess adequacy and make a final recommendation on the application.
• Create enrollment records in the relevant system(s).
• Update system records as necessary.
• Set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for provider Medicare payments.
• Research and respond to written inquiries related to provider enrollment or specific applications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years work experience in a customer service role and/or one year work experience in a position where the applicant has used a computer and Microsoft Office.
