Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking an Associate Planning Manager (part-time) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have supply chain, project management and SAP experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Associate Planning Manager
Location: REMOTE (USA, EST preferred)
Pay Range: $25 - $30 hourly (W2 only)
Contract: 6 months (end Feb 2025)
Hours:Mon - Thurs 5 hrs a day/20 hrs a week (should be available during core business hours 8am-1pm/9am-2pm)
What's the Job?

• Responsible for associate managing 4 current projects (will not managing direct reports), pl ans from Pre-Start/Kick-off, through to implementation and post launch evaluation.
• Manage the overall project networks, via MS project, coordinate inputs from all functions and hold individuals accountable for the delivery of their activities to ensure the project remains on time
• Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to produce the innovations for all assigned sourcing sites, including CM's
• Manage communication with all key project stakeholders and with global and regional innovation planners
• Assist and maintain the overall project networks for new variants and new hardware projects, as required to ensure "on time in full" delivery; by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, T&E, Quality and factories

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply chain, R&D, Engineering preferred)
• Required: 5 years' minimum experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering or Logistics) or in R&D with experience on new product development
• Required: Project management skills (working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office)
• Must be a good communicator Attention to detail; diligent note taker / manages follow up actions
• Must have SAP experience
