We at Ardene are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated and dedicated HR Advisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Manager, Culture & Engagement, the HR Advisor specializing in Projects and Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in supporting all business units across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to lead engagement initiatives, drive key projects impacting the employee experience, and streamline internal communications. Your responsibilities will include supporting employee engagement, developing communication strategies, and ensuring effective project implementation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Employee Experience
Plan and evaluate the semi-annual Leadership Development Forums, including assessing gaps and researching learning opportunities.
Administer the annual Employee Opinion Survey and support the results cascade.
Collaborate in the definition of Employee Experience Objectives and the related action plan.
Provide support with developing employee/pulse surveys, including survey design, gathering insights, analyzing information, identifying gaps and providing recommendations for change based on feedback.
Lead and support various projects related to the employee experience across all business units.
Internal Communications
Lead the internal corporate newsletter process, including gathering information from collaborators, drafting and creating the newsletter content and maintaining the communications section of the corporate website.
Maintain the Communications Roadmap content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
Support the implementation of the corporate communications roadmap and related engagement initiatives, partnering with the Office Manager and the Marketing team as needed.
Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources and the executive management team as well as different departments across the company to co-create and deliver transparent internal communications about key initiatives and monthly company updates by using various forms of communication and platforms.
Work closely with the Marketing team on various mandates (external communications, events, social media, social responsibility, etc.).
Work in close collaboration with the Manager, Culture & Engagement and other key internal partners to ensure alignment and optimal use of communication channels and tools.
Other tasks or projects as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
University degree in a pertinent field completed.
3-4 years of relevant work experience is an asset.
Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken & written) to support client group across North America.
Strong copywriting abilities.
Excellent customer support, organization skills, diplomacy and attention to detail.
Strong project and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative an asset.
Retail experience is an asset.
