Description:
Scrubs & Circulates: Cardiac surgery and cardiac transplant surgery Scrubs &/or circulates: Open vascular/ endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery COVID vaccine required+ booster - Medical exemption acceptable Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable 40 hrs/week - 13 weeks 4-10s, 6:45a – 5:15p (primary), 7:30a – 6:00p, 9-7:30p 1 weekend month – Cardiac, cardiac transplant and/or Endovascular call 7:00p Fri – 645a Mon 30 min response time when on call 2 hr CVI short call shifts / 515-715p or 6p – 8p CVI call / one night a week 7:00p or 7:30p – 6:45a/7a (cardiac / cardiac transplant and/ or endovascular) RTO: must be approved Must be available to cover call on holiday/holiday weekends Scrubs &/or circulates: Cardiac surgery, Open vascular/ endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery.
Required Qualifications: License Registered Nurse required.
2+ years related work experience required. American Heart Association
Basic Life Support Certificate
ACLS required
Must have at least one year OR Nursing experience.
Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise NO local travelers will be accepted.
