GreenWorks in Wall Township, NJ has a perfect position for an organized and professional person who loves being in the field, conducting inspections, and ensuring the safety and well-being of others.GREAT PAY$75,000 to $85,000 per yearEXCELLENT BENEFITSHealth Insurance stipend after 90 daysFlexible scheduling3-day weekend (Fridays off)6 paid federal holidays5 paid personal days per year1 paid sports day (Superbowl Monday)Company-provided equipmentOpportunity to work directly with the ownersIn this position, you also get to enjoy a company car and company-paid attendance at the IAQ industry-specific national convention.YOUR NEW ROLE AS A LEAD INDOOR AIR QUALITY INSPECTORYou will typically work Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am - 6 pm.As a Lead Indoor Air Quality Inspector, you'll conduct detailed inspections of built structures, meticulously analyzing indoor air quality degradation, and providing expert recommendations for improvement. Your role will involve writing comprehensive reports with precise estimates, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the issues at hand. Additionally, you will have the task of communicating your findings to clients and correction teams, playing a pivotal role in creating healthier and safer indoor environments.REQUIREMENTSBachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited University3+ years of full-time experience with IAQ and construction practicesProficiency with field sampling protocols and laboratory analysisAbility to interpret lab data obtained from field samplingAbility to comply with our smoke-free environmentValid driver's licensePossession of microbial certifications (inspections and remediation)Possession of other IAQ-relevant licenses or certificationsProficiency in report writingA master's degree would be a plus but is not required.ABOUT OUR FAMILY AT GREENWORKSAs a family-owned Environmental Advisory and Construction firm, GreenWorks stands as the epitome of excellence in the realm of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services within the bustling NYC Tri-State area.
