Objective Phlebotomists are responsible for the drawing, collecting, and handling of all laboratory specimens. Phlebotomists perform a collection of specimens for the following age groups: Newborns, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Senior Adult and Geriatric. The phlebotomist is an OSHA Category I emp
