May prick finger to draw blood. May conduct interviews, take vital signs, and draw and test blood samples to screen donors at the blood bank. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically, report to a supervisor or manager. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
