Role Overview :
This role supports the integrity and compliance of workforce programs, handling data quality, performance reporting, monitoring, and technical assistance across key programs, including WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Services. Responsibilities include reviewing program compliance, conducting audits, analyzing labor market data, and delivering training for program staff and providers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Performance : Monitor programs for compliance with goals and standards, prepare reports, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Data Quality : Review data for accuracy and compliance, analyze trends, and assist with case management support.
- Training : Lead training for staff and providers on systems, case management, and policies, and manage the Maryland Workforce Exchange System for participant enrollment.
- Labor Market Analysis : Analyze labor market data to support program goals and create reports for internal and external audiences.
