Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Phlebotomist:
- Prepare, process, label and store patient specimens and samples
- Maintain inventory, stock, re-order and replace laboratory supplies
- Ensure all equipment related to laboratory services is properly maintained and functioning
- Maintain all records for maintenance of equipment related to laboratory services
Qualifications:
Qualifications for Phlebotomist:
- Office Lab Assistant License required (Nevada only)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing a variety of routine blood drawing procedures
- Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Phlebotomist certification/license in FL
- A valid CPR card
- A minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
