Job Title: Production Packer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Packer to join our team. The role involves working on the packaging line, weighing wax, packaging products in appropriate packaging, and performing tasks efficiently with minimal wasted time or materials. This position requires working in an FDA-regulated clean room environment, where you will be required to wear gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks.
Responsibilities - Weigh wax and package in appropriate packaging
- Perform quality control testing to ensure products meet predetermined quality standards
- Follow work instructions and workflow diagrams
- Hand load appropriate raw material for the next wax load according to the schedule
- Ensure continuous workflow and compliance with quality standards
- Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Department Supervisor
- Continually improve skill and product base
Essential Skills - 6+ months of production experience
- Ability to lift 10 pounds
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience working with chemicals
- Experience in labeling and assisting with shipping duties
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- No high school diploma required

Work Environment This role is based in a very clean GMP facility. You will work in a climate-controlled environment with offices and a production floor. The warehouse where you will be working stores the products, and you will be required to follow all FDA regulations, including wearing gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks. The dress attire includes steel-toed shoes, long pants, and a T-shirt. Shift hours are from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm for the first shift and from 3 pm to 11:30 pm for the second shift. Overtime may be required, including some Saturdays, with an average workweek of 45-50 hours.
