The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will assist the Parts, Service, Sales and Wholesale Departments in pulling and replenishing the parts department. This person will also communicate at a high level with all Parts Department Personnel.
Requirements

• Checking in daily stock and special order parts
• Pulling and replenishing the parts department inventory
• Inventory control - including daily bin checks and cycle counting
• Assist parts counter personnel
• Assist parts drivers
• Deliver parts to wholesale customers or pick up parts when needed
• Experience in automotive or truck parts, shipping & receiving or counter sales is a plus
• Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out ways to build opportunities for the dealership
• and customer satisfaction
• High level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised and as a team
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must complete Hazmat training EHM001 every three years
• Toyota training also required
• Computer skills are required. CDK, Snap On Parts Catalog and Tekion is a plus
