Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to help support our team and provide customers with exceptional experiences on our front counter. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace and be a "people-person" with a friendly personality. They will build relationships with our wholesale (business) partners and provide accurate parts ordering and inventory management.

Responsibilities - Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Answer phone calls, emails and drive-ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
- Assist in all duties pertaining to Inventory control and maintenance
- Receive stock, pick, ship and transact materials inventory to support the needs of vehicle service
- Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System
- Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival time, including regular updates
- Follow up with customer on parts order and ensure complete satisfaction with the order
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Help maintain overall cleanliness of the Parts Department
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Qualifications - Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
- Experience in automotive equipment and servicing methods
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
- ASE Certification a plus
- Degree or certificate from a university program in automotive fields a plus
- PartsEye/Kia/Tekion experience a plus
