STARTING WAGE: $24.42
QUALIFIED WAGE: $25.06

Brass Shipping Forklift Operators are responsible for transferring loads of materials and finished goods throughout the brass department.
Responsibilities:
-Inspecting their forklift and filling out inspection paperwork.
-Visually assessing and clearing their traffic area of people, objects, and other forklift traffic.
-Inspect loads verifying they are secure for transport and accurate.
-Transfer to designated location throughout the facility by complying with all safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
-Must be able to operate moving vehicles, including crane, truck, or forklift
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Stand up to 2 hours per day.
-Ability to utilize PPE including: safety glasses, hearing protection, metatarsal guarded boots, and others required.
-Ability to understand and operate forklift in a safe manner.
