Position details:
- Role: Outpatient Primary Care Physician
- Location: Windham, CT
- Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered
- Teaching: optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call Only: average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight 2 months
- Guarantee range: $250,000 - $345,000
- J-1 Waiver Option: Conrad-30 approved location for 2026 applicants
