Job Description:DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe Medical Surgical unit specializes in the care of acutely ill adults and of those who require surgery both emergent and elective. Medical Surgical patients are given the highest standards of professional care by registered nurses and nurse assistants. Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon CNA Level 2 certification required.Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.One (1) year experience in a hospital or long term care facility preferred.Must be a CNA 2 and must be able to start between 12/2-12/16.Position Urgency:NormalState License Details:Must Be Currently ActiveMinimum Years of Experience:1Minimum Guaranteed Hours:36Sub Specialty:CNA
