Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Plumbing Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the mortgage industry. This role involves overseeing all plumbing operations within our commercial and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This position requires an individual who is not only technically skilled but also possesses strong leadership abilities. The Plumbing Superintendent will work closely with our construction team to ensure all plumbing systems are up to code and meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily operations of all plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 2. Coordinate with the construction team to integrate plumbing systems into building plans. 3. Supervise and lead a team of plumbers, providing guidance and training as necessary. 4.
