Looking for a skilled Semi Truck Driver to join our team in Sarasota, FL, and make a positive impact. Become a crucial part of delivering reliable and polite service to our valued customers, helping to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the community. We need experienced semi-truck drivers to assist in transporting construction waste using a 100-walking floor/tipper trailer. Your main task will be moving debris from local transfer stations in Sarasota & Manatee counties to a landfill in Arcadia, typically completing a 3 to 4-hour round trip daily.Compensation:
$22 - $25 hourlyResponsibilities:
Safely drive a semi-truck to transport construction debris from local transfer stations in Sarasota & Manatee counties to a Sarasota landfill
Effectively communicate and coordinate with Dispatch, Supervisor, and driver team to ensure excellent customer service on various routes and schedules
Manage the loading and unloading of waste materials at designated facilities
Conduct thorough pre-and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure proper functionality and promptly address maintenance issues
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns to leadership
Qualifications:
